POLICY & TERMS 

Timeframe: Timeframes may vary depending on the nature of your project. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. During this time we are reviewing your order and making sure that you have answered the necessary questions in regards to the service you have chosen.

 

This allows us to prepare ourselves for your introductory email with any questions or further information that we need from you. A projected due date will be established for your service during this email. (No longer than 7-14 business days)

 

Rush orders: Rush orders are only available for A La Carte services. All Logo & Brand Development services (Except the starter package) cannot be rushed due to the nature of this service. 

 

Refunds

Our services are non-refundable due to the nature of the product, time, & effort put into curating design. 

Only under special circumstances do we issue refunds. Please contact through our email to rectify any issues may come across with our services and we will work to resolve them. 
 

Communication & Ghosting Policy

We advise all clients to check their emails consistently when a project is in progress. This is the best form of communication for us. Mused Graphic Studio reserves the right to permanently ban any client from booking due to lack of communication (long period), non-professionalism, and/or ghosting during a project without a refund, as we see fit. We are understanding and will work with you if unforeseen emergency circumstances. 

However, for any other reason, this policy is non-negotiable.
