Why are your services listed as “out of stock”? Great question, this means that we have met our preferred workload for the month. Being that there is one sole graphic designer at MG Studio, we strive for quality over quantity! At the beginning of each month, we will accept new clients!

 

How do I pay for revision? I’ve run out of all of my courtesy revisions! A $10 invoice will be sent to the email provided with your order.  Please note that failure to pay your invoice in a timely manner will result in delay of revision time. 

 

When and how will I receive my order since everything is digital? A projected due date for your project will be provided in your introductory email, this email will be sent after your initial confirmation email. Final completed projects are sent via the email provided in the file formats of PNG, JPG, and/or AI.

 Please make sure of the following:

  • You have entered the correct email address! Please double check spelling.

  • You have responded to questions emailed about your project.

  • You have paid your revision invoice.

 

I haven't gotten my introductory email! When will that be sent? Introductory emails are sent out 2-3 days after your initial order confirmation email. It’s just like when you order a physical product elsewhere, you’ll get your order confirmation email, then an “order shipped” email with the timeframe, and so forth…━except with us, it’s an electronic delivery.

I want to cancel my subscription with your Creative Assistance & Auditor Service? This subscription service can be canceled at any time, however, please note that the last billing cycle will not be refunded. Also, All content is created prior to the 1st of the month, please make sure you notify us immediately or you will be subjected to pay for the next billing cycle.

Do you do website development? This service will be provided at a future date..
